A seasoned session guitarist, Matt has performed extensively on the East Coast including New York City, Philly, New Jersey, and D.C. He plays acoustic and electric guitar and enjoys indie rock, blues, jazz, classic rock, neo soul, fusion, pop, rock, and country. He has been playing for over 17 years and graduated with a music degree from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. Now based in L.A., Matt is an active social media influencer, posting guitar lessons on his YouTube channel and on TikTok. In addition, Matt has collaborated with guitar brands such as Taylor Guitars, Fender, Gibson, Russo Music, and Donner.
Matt has taught guitar for 10 years, and his approach is to make each lesson fun and enjoyable. Outgoing and relaxed, he loves to learn about his student and discover their musical goals. He then creates a custom lesson plan to help them achieve their goals. Matt inspires his students and fosters their musical growth, having fun together all along the way.
