She has the rare ability to sing fluently in seven languages. Holding a degree in vocal performance from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the human voice, blending technical skill with emotional expression. In addition to performing, Ericka has dedicated herself over two decades to excellence in music education, teaching teen and adult singers in school, camp, and private settings. She takes a warm approach to teaching, connecting personally with each student as the basis of their work together. Her unique approach combines her own performance experience with tailored techniques to help students overcome stage fright and build confidence.
